Salvo Technologies Formalizes Specialized Electronics & Custom Assembly Division
Seminole, FL—Salvo Technologies Inc., a leading technology-based private equity group, today announced the establishment of their Specialized Electronics and Custom Assembly Division, Salvo Electronics (www.SalvoElectronics.com). The move occurs concomitantly with Salvo’s opt-out of the Representative/Distributor Agreement it held with Cross Industrial Florida LLC, as a result of Cross’s voluntary dissolution. Salvo Electronics will continue to supply devices to the defense and aerospace markets, as well as commercial and industrial sectors. The change not only adds depth to the Salvo Technologies portfolio of capabilities, it allows the company to offer additional customized services across their diverse line of products and services. “Our migration to the Salvo Group allows us to offer a comprehensive suite of products that includes innovative electro-optic components and subsystems,” said Don Carroll, Business Development Manager of Salvo Electronics. “It turns us into a one-stop shop for our customer base of prime contractors.”
